about the artist

Hi! I'm Gracie Van Hoven, a tattoo apprentice under Victoria Storm at Perfect Storm Tattoo. I received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from Purchase College in 2021, and started my apprenticeship fall of 2023. Previously, I attempted the self taught route and decided learning traditionally would be best for myself and my clients. In November of 2025 I hit one year of tattooing, accepting most appointments within my skill range. I enjoy tattooing nature, animals, and pop culture characters with an emphasis on custom artwork for each person. Working one on one to bring a client’s original concept to life is a top priority for me. ˗ˋˏ ♡ ˎˊ˗
