about the artist

Gracie Van Hoven is the apprentice under Victoria Storm at Perfect Storm Tattoo. She received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from Purchase College in 2021 and started her apprenticeship fall of 2023. Previously, she attempted the self taught route and decided learning traditionally would be best for herself and her clients. Gracie is now in her first year of tattooing, accepting most appointments within her skill range. She enjoys tattooing nature, animals, and pop culture characters with an emphasis on custom artwork for each person. Working one on one to bring a client’s original concept to life is a top priority for Gracie.
